The ground level includes a spacious open layout with large-format Italian porcelain floors, a media area, dining space, and a kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, and a walk-in pantry. The living area opens to a landscaped backyard with a pool, spa, and a detached guest house. Upstairs, the private quarters include a primary suite with a spa-style bathroom, walk-in closet, and terrace, along with additional en suite bedrooms and functional service areas. The design integrates smart home technologies and prioritizes light, privacy, and material integrity.
