Dunleer
  The project is a three-story Multi-Generational Single-Family with ADU  located in a residential neighborhood of West Los Angeles. The development replaces an existing one-story structure with a thoughtfully designed vertical home that maximizes usable floor area while remaining compliant with zoning, height, and setback requirements. The residence is organized across three levels and includes multiple bedrooms, open living spaces, and integrated service areas to support contemporary family living. The architectural language draws from classic residential traditions, expressed through pitched roof forms, articulated façades, and carefully detailed elements that add depth and character to the exterior. Proportions and massing are carefully calibrated to maintain compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood scale. The project remains within allowable FAR and height limits, providing long-term planning flexibility and regulatory clarity. Natural light, ventilation, and spatial efficiency are prioritized throughout the design. The result is a refined single-family home that balances architectural character, planning efficiency, and strong residential market appeal.
