Feld and Associates is an exciting architectural practice focusing on nuanced multi family, institutional, commercial, HPOZ, custom single family homes, and ADU work.

Feld and Associates has become a leader in the ADU market with more than 250 separate ADU projects, and over 500 separate units currently under contract. Feld and Associates is currently working on projects in the cities of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Hawthorne, Long Beach, and Redondo Beach and Newport Beach. Feld and Associates was the first architecture firm to procure approved plans for an ADU in the city of Long Beach on a single family property.

As partners, we strive for honesty and clarity. Our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication and prototypes over presentations, as well as the occasional face-to-face meeting over a drink or a meal.
