Dovid Feld AIA NCARB LEED AP BD+C is the owner and creative force behind Feld and Associates. Dovid leads the firm and is a licensed architect in the state of California. Dovid holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from SCI-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architects) and serves on the Adams Normandie HPOZ board as the board architect.

Nash's resides in Newport Beach with his wife, three girls and one boy. His personal interests in hockey, surfing, cooking, and enjoying California's natural beauty allows him to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle that fuels his creativity and energy in his professional role. His dedication to staying active and drawing inspiration from his surroundings can only enhance his ability to lead and innovate in his field.

Bruce is a native Californian born and raised in Venice CA. A graduate of CalPoly SLO with a double major in architecture and construction engineering. With well over 40 years of experience, Bruce oversees our inhouse engineering dept.
Min Shuai
Senior Architect
Min is a licensed architect in the state of California with over 20 years of local experience. She moved from China in the early 90s to pursue a Master’s in Architecture from USC, and has since developed an expertise in building codes and accessibility requirements. Focusing on constructability of design, she believes in structural and architectural synergy. Min designed her own home and raised a brilliant daughter.
Arsalan Ghafouri
Senior Project Manager
Born in Iran, Arsalan has a bachelor degree in architecture from IAUSH in Iran in 2006 and has now acquired over 15 years of experience. Arsalan is an avid painter and photographer. Arsalan enjoys listening to classical music and anything sports-related.
George Dekermendjian
Design Associate
George was born in Lebanon, and has a bachelors degree in Architecture from Notre Dame University in Beirut. When he is not drawing buildings George enjoys cooking and listening to music. (George thinks Ronaldo is the GOAT)
Yoni Loffman
Design Associate
Yoni is a proud native of Los Angeles, and received his Master’s in Architecture from the USC School of Architecture (Fight on!). A father, history buff, and beach lover, Yoni is inspired by the work of early California Modernists like Irving Gill and R.M. Schindler.

Alina is a native of Russia and holds a degree in aerospace.
